Group therapy

I currently co-lead men’s therapy groups through Four Corners Counseling and Well-Being.

These groups help those who have been socialized as men trust the leadership qualities (confidence, perspective, calmness, compassion, etc.) that lie beneath surface-level thoughts and reactions. Along the way, group members become less reactive and better able to respond to difficult situations at work, in relationships, and throughout their lives.
