Midday Mindfulness Break
Thursdays, 12:30-1pm ET on Zoom (bit.ly/middaymindful)
Starting Dec 2, 2021 (no sessions Dec 23 and Dec 30)

  • 20-minute online guided mindfulness meditation (begins promptly at 12:30)
  • 10-minute optional discussion/Q&A (log off whenever you need)
  • Beginners welcome (join a few minutes before 12:30 if you have questions)
  • Donations ($5-$10) appreciated but not required (Venmo: @jeremy-mohler)
  • No registration needed
