A guided meditation to process your emotions

Ever wonder what therapists and self-help gurus mean when they say you need to “process” your emotions? I definitely did, until I learned about a type of therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Here’s an 18-minute guided meditation that walks you through the steps of getting to know and working with a part of yourself—an emotion like grief, a thought pattern like anxiety, or a habit like an addictive pattern.
